Artificial intelligence

We integrate language models where they save real work: reading documents, answering questions about your internal information, classifying requests, drafting text. Before building, we define how we will know it worked.

Who it is for

  • Teams spending hours reading, summarizing or sorting documents and email.
  • Companies with a lot of internal information that nobody can find when they need it.
  • Anyone who tried a generic chatbot and noticed it knows nothing about their business.

What it includes

  • Assessment before building

We look at which tasks repeat and which genuinely suit automation. Some are better solved without AI, and we say so.

  • Assistants over your own information

Models connected to your documents, policies and catalogs, with answers grounded in sources you can open and check.

  • Document processing

Pulling data out of invoices, contracts or scanned forms and landing it structured in the system you already use.

  • Evaluation

A set of test cases with known correct answers. Without this there is no way to tell whether a change improved or degraded the system.

  • Cost control

Models bill by usage. We set limits, usage logging, and the option to run a cheaper model where the best one is not needed.

What we need from you

  • 01 Real examples of the task you want automated, with the answers you consider correct.
  • 02 Access to the information the model should work over.
  • 03 Clarity on what information cannot leave your organization.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data used to train someone else’s models?

Not when it is configured properly. Serious providers offer modes where your information is excluded from training, and there are cases where running the model on your own infrastructure is the right call. It is one of the first things we settle.

How reliable are the answers?

It depends on the task. Extracting a field from an invoice can reach very high, verifiable accuracy. Writing open-ended text always needs human review. We are explicit about which case yours falls into before we start.

What does it cost to run monthly?

It is estimated from real usage volume. During the assessment we calculate cost per operation so you know the figure before building, not after.

Does this sound like your case?

Write to us with two or three lines about what you need. We answer with specific questions, not a catalog.
